Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To treat incineration ash discharged after the incineration of solid waste such as city garbage and refuse or industrial waste, and ash containing heavy metals such as exhaust gas-screened dust ash so that these contaminants become harmless. CONSTITUTION:A blend produced by adding water to ash containing heavy metals is stirred while maintaining the pH value at 7 or less. Further, alkali containing an OH group is added to this blend to set the pH value at 7 to 12 and at the same time, bivalent iron is added to the blend and it is thermally stirred.
