Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a display device which can facilitate the processing and assembling thereof and enhance the safety, and which has a satisfactory external appearance. CONSTITUTION:In display device, a plurality of frame members each composed of a stationary member 1 and a movable member 2 closably fitted onto the front surface of the stationary member 1, are assembled in a polygonal shape so as to form a frame in-which a sheet-like matter 3 is held between the stationary member 1 and the movable member 2. Each corner part of the frame is formed of a corner piece C composed of a top cover 5 and a bottom cover 6, the top cover 5 being attached to one of adjacent movable members 2 and being adapted to be opened and closed together with the movable member 2, and the bottom cover 6 being fixed to both of adjacent stationary members 1.
