PARALLEL/SERIAL CONVERSION METHOD AND CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To provide a parallel/serial conversion method and circuit in which unstable data load to a P/S conversion means is prevented and stable data communication is secured with respect to the parallel/serial conversion method and circuit securing stable data communication. CONSTITUTION:Parallel data D1 of a specific period sent from another device are loaded to a P/S conversion means 1 by using a load pulse L of the same period and outputted as serial data in the parallel/serial conversion method, two load pulses L:L1, L2 whose phases differ from each other are generated and when the P/S conversion means 1 is driven by the load pulse L1 and the phase of a change point of the load pulse L1 and that of the parallel data D1 are close to each other, the P/S conversion means 1 is driven by the other load pulse L2.
