Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a tabulation system capable of simply preparing a table consisting of plural table numbers or plural pages and simply correcting the data contents of the prepared table. CONSTITUTION:A sentence unit stored in a unit storing part 13C is displayed on a display means 11A based upon an instruction from an operation/input means 12, a division mark is appended to the sentence unit displayed on the means 11A so as to divide the sentence unit on the position of the division mark, and auxiliary units such as a table head unit, a title unit and a comment unit stored in respective unit storing parts 13A, 13B, 13D are connected to respective divided sentence units.
