Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve joining workability and joining precision by a method wherein uneven surface engaging parts are respectively formed in the joining end face of the upper end part of the panel of a lower floor building unit and the joining end face of the lower end member of the panel of an upper floor building unit. CONSTITUTION:Uneven surface engaging parts 60 are respectively formed in upper and lower frame materials 32 and 33 of a wall panel 21 of a building unit 11. The joining end face of the lower frame material 33 of the wall panel 21 of the upper building unit 11 is placed on the joining end face of the upper frame material 32 of a lower floor building. In this case, the protrusions and the recesses of the two uneven surface engaging parts 60 are engaged with each other and naturally positioned in a given mounting position. The two uneven surface engaging parts 60 of the joining end faces are continuously formed along the longitudinal direction of a joining region and joining is executed by remedying the production of a difference in a level throughout an overall length. Further, a seal member 63 is nipped between a top surface 61A of a protrusion part 61 and a bottom 62A of a taper recessed part 62. This structure improves joining workability and joining precision. |
