BUILDING UNIT AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To improve amenity by a method wherein the floor panel position and the ceiling panel position in the direction of height of a building unit are set to an arbitrary position in a vertical direction on the inner surface part of a wall panel. CONSTITUTION:In a building unit 11, a floor beam 25 having a large cross section is arranged to a part extending along the outer edge part of a floor panel 22 and having no wall panel 21 arranged thereon. The floor beams 25 are installed to wall panels 21 and 21 on both sides of the floor beam 25 and the floor panel 22 and a ceiling panel 23 are installed to the floor beam 25 for support. The outer edge parts of the floor panel 22 and the ceiling panel 23 are arranged in a butt state to a panel bracket 26 previously arranged on the inner surface part of the wall panel 21 and the two panels 22 and 23 are securely nailed to the panel bracket 26. This constitution sets the floor panel 22 position and the ceiling panel 23 position in the direction of the height of the building unit 11 to an arbitrary position in a vertical direction on the inner surface part of the wall panel 21 and improves noise insulating property of floor impact noise through the increase of the thickness of a floor when occasion demands.
