Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a sound data communication device which can transmit a sound and data with inexpensive constitution without requiring a high-speed line. CONSTITUTION:A transmission-side communication control part 100 converts a sound which is inputted from a microphone 30 into character codes by an analog/digital conversion part A/D 121 and a CH conversion part 122 and transmits the character codes mixedly together with data inputted from a data input/output part 200. A reception-side communication control part 100, on the other hand, separates the received data into the data and character codes, outputs the data as they are to a data input/output part 200, and converts the character codes into a sound by a CH reconversion part 124 and a digital/analog conversion part D/A 123, so that the sound is outputted from a speaker 40.
