THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To provide the composition comprising a hydrogenated dienic copolymer produced by partially hydrogenating a conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic compound block copolymer, an adhesivity-imparting resin and a polyolefin resin, and having high flexibility, transparency, surface property and shapability. CONSTITUTION:(A) 1-98wt.% of a hydrogenated dienic copolymer having a number-average mol. wt. of 50000-600000, (B) 1-98wt.% of an adhesivity-imparting resin, and (C) 1-98wt.% of a polyolefin resin to obtain the composition. The hydrogenated dienic copolymer A is produced by hydrogenating a block copolymer comprising (i) vinyl aromatic compound (St) polymer blocks and (ii) St- conjugated diene (Bu) random copolymer blocks or (iii) a tapered block copolymer comprising the St and the Bu, the St being gradually increased, the weight ratio of St/Bu being 5/95 to 40/60, the content of the St bonded to the component (i) and the content of the St bonded to the component (iii) being totally 3-25wt.%, the content of the vinyl bonds of the Bu parts in the component (ii) being >=15%, and >=80% of the Bu parts in the block copolymer having been saturated.
