CONSTITUTION:This resin for a tacky agent is a resin having-70 to-10 deg.C glass transition temperature and obtained by copolymerizing (A) >=60wt.% of a (meth) acrylate-based monomer or a vinyl ether-based with (B) 0.1-25wt.% of an N-vinylcarboxylic acid amide monomer of the formula (R1 and R2 are each H, a 1-4C alkyl).
