Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a percutaneous medicine capable of preventing a headache caused by a nitric acid ester, thus capable of administrating the nitric acid ester as an antianginal agent in a high blood concentration enough to manifastate a prescribed medicinal effect and preventing the symptoms of angina from exacerbation by blood coagulation due to coronary ostial stenosis. CONSTITUTION:This percutaneous medicine is composed of a base, an antianginal agent and a component having an analgesic effect and a blood coagulation effect. A nitric acid ester is used as the antianginal agent and one or more kinds of compounds selected from an aniline, a salicylic acid, a pyrazolone, a phenyl acetate, and phenyl propioylacetate-based compounds, indomethacin, acemethacin, proglumetacin maleate, glaphenine, tolmetin sodium, bucolome, silindac, piroxicam and tenoxicam are used as the component having an analgesic effect and a blood coagulation effect.
