PREPARATION COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING AND/OR TREATING GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASE, SUCH AS ULCER

PURPOSE: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition useful for preventing and/or curing gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer by compounding a specific cyclic ketone derivative as an active component together with a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding a cyclic ketone derivative of the formula [R and R are each H or a halogen; R is H or a 1-4C alkoxy; R and R are each H, a (dimethylamino-substituted) 1-8C alkyl, a 2-6C alkenyl, a 3-7C cycloalkyl, etc.], its stereoisomer or optical isomer, or one of their acid adducts or quaternary ammonium derivatives as an active component together with a vehicle. Further it is preferable that the active component is (R,S)-2-(E)-(3,4-dichlorophenylmethylene)-1-(E)-[(3-butylamino-2- hydroxypropoxy)imino]cyclohexane, etc.
