Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To take out a solid medicine from a blister pack by adjusting a ram to one of recesses when a top part is set to a bottom part, arranging a journal to receive a bearing plate of the blister pack to the opposite end of an axle, and arranging a hole to form a passage for the ram together with the recesses of the bottom part in the bearing plate. CONSTITUTION: An axle 13 of a bottom part 2 projects in a cartridge-shaped space 14, and the bottom part 2 has recesses 10 concentric with the axle 13. A hub 15 of a top part 1 is supported on the axle 13 by a spring 6, and a ram 8 arranged in parallel to the hub 15 is respectively adjusted to one of the recesses 10 when the top part 1 is properly set to the bottom part 2, and when the top part 1 is pushed down, the ram 8 enters one of the recesses 10. The bottom part 2 and the top part 1 have a device to gradually rotate these. The axle 13 is constituted as a journal 11 having a screw or the like to receive a bearing plate 7 for a blister pack 5 in a base space 18, and a hole 9 is arranged in the bearing plate 7, and a passage of the ram 8 is constituted together with the recesses 10 of the bottom part 2.
