Air passed through the space and subjected to a heat exchange with a cooler 8, the defrosting heater 27 and the heating heater 28 is blown into the thawing chamber 8. When the difference between a blown air temperature detected with a blown air temperature sensor 23 and a temperature detected with the sucked air temperature sensor 33 is lowered below a constant value, the thawing operation is changed to the cooling operation.
