MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of carrier frequency groups in a radio communication area to be allocated to a base station and to improve the quality of communication by providing the base station or a mobile station with a means for transmitting a signal sequence including a training signal in each signal transmission line and a means for removing an interference wave based upon a received training signal and extracting a required wave. CONSTITUTION:Two carrier frequency groups F1, F2 or less are repeatedly allocated to respective cells constituted of respective base stations B1 to B5. Each of the base stations B1 to B5 and mobile stations C1, C2 is provided with a means for transmitting a signal sequence including a different training signal in each cell, an adaptive interference canceller as a means for removing an interference signal and extracting a required wave based upon the training signal transmitted from the base stations B1 to B5 or the mobile stations C1, C2, a means for inserting the training signal into a transmission signal, and a means for adjusting the timing phase of the training signal and transmitting the adjusted training signal.
