CONSTITUTION:A ground electrode 3 provided on a surface on the opposite side of the patch electrode 2 of an antenna substrate 1 is laminated on the ground electrode 8 provided on one surface of a circuit board 5 for which a circuit pattern 7 is formed on the other surface. Along with it, the patch electrode 2 of the antenna substrate 1 and the circuit pattern 7 of the circuit board 5 are conducted through the conductors 4a and 9a of through-holes 4 and 9. |
