SWITCH CIRCUIT AND LIGHTING FIXTURE USING THIS CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To switch on and off with a wall surface switch in no relation to on/off of a switch on a lighting fixture itself by providing a switch for turning on a power supply to a power supply object the output from a power supply detecting part. CONSTITUTION:When a wall surface switch is placed in an on-condition, each part of a switch circuit 3 is actuated to transfer an output of a power supply detecting part 10 from an H level to an L level. Also an output of a switch signal part 20 is transferred from an H level to an L level. These outputs are fed to an input terminal of a IC31 for invertnand. The two outputs are fed to a counter part 32A containing a counter IC 32 in the next step. In a condition that a lighting fixture is put out, when the wall surface switch is placed in an on-condition, when the wall surface switch is turned off and again turned on, the lighting fixture is lighted. When the wall surface switch is turned off, a capacitor is discharged, and when the wall surface switch is again turned on, capacitors C1, C2 are started to be charged.
