Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the uniformity in heating by adjusting a radiation antenna secured on the antenna of a magnetron. CONSTITUTION:To the antenna cap 14a of a magnetron 8, a radiation antenna 22 is secured inclining relative to the side wall 2b of a cavity 2. Thus the transmission unevenness in the cavity 2 is improved by changing the transmission direction of microwaves to be radiated from the radiation antenna 22, and unevenness in the heating is improved.
