DISPLAY-INTEGRATED TABLET DEVICE

PURPOSE:To detect the tip coordinate of an electronic pen with high accuracy, even if a transfer of a column electrode scanning signal is delayed. CONSTITUTION:In a position being the nearest to an input terminal of a column electrode scanning signal in a column electrode S1, a first monitor terminal 24 is provided, and on the other hand, in an intersecting position to a row electrode G1, a second monitor terminal 25 is provided. A delay time detecting circuit 22 generates a delay time pulse in which a transfer delay time of the column electrode scanning signal is pulse width between both the monitor terminals 24, 25, based on the column electrode scanning signal from both the monitor terminals 24, 25. A coordinate correcting circuit 23 derives a correct (x) coordinate of the tip of an electronic pen 6 by correcting a pulse position of a coordinate detecting pulse from a coordinate detecting circuit 21, based on a value of a (y) coordinate of the tip of the electronic pen 6 detected in advance and a delay time pulse from a delay time detecting circuit 22. In such a way, even if the transfer of the column electrode scanning signal is delayed, the tip coordinate of the electronic pen is detected with high accuracy.
