Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the quality, cut costs and shorten the installation period of time of a helium refrigerating-liquefying apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A helium refrigerating-liquefying apparatus is divided into blocks each heaving a transportable size and consisting of a structure 10 composed of a floor 11, columns 12, beams 13 and walls 14, equipment 16, pipings 19, pipe racks 20, wirings 21, cable ducts 22 and others. The structure 10 is assembled first at a factory, and then after the equipment 16 are installed on the structure 10, the pipings 19, wirings 21, etc., which can be attached to the structure 10 and equipment are attached to form the block. The blocks are transported to an installation site and connection works of the structures 10, the pipings 19 and the wirings 21 between the blocks are carried out.
