Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attain efficient operation by allowing a mobile station to directly receive data relating to both the position of other mobile stations and their activity state. CONSTITUTION:Data relating to the position and the activity state calculated by a localization means 27 in a mobile station 2 being a vehicle such as a taxi are sent from a transmission reception means 21 to a base station 1. Furthermore, a data transmission request sent from the base station 1 and data relating to a position and activity from other mobile station 2' in the vicinity are received by the transmission reception means 21. Then a controller 22 allows a display means 26 of the mobile station 2 to display the position and the activity of the other mobile station 2'. Thus, the efficient operation of the mobile station taking the position and the activity of the other mobile station into account is ensured without relying on a command from the base station and the intuition of the mobile station side.
