Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To join together reinforced concrete construction building frames such as beams, pillars, walls, and slabs efficiently and economically. CONSTITUTION:Rinforcement materials 41 are inserted through the opening part 22a of a splice sleeve 21 up to the midway, and grout material 43 is poured into a first hollow part 23 through a first grout pouring port 26 so as to support and fix the reinforcement materials 41 with the splice sleeve 21. An opening part 22b is positioned nearby the end face of a postconstructing side RC building frame 46 and the opening part 22b and the opening ends of pipes 31, 32 are closed. After concrete is placed so as to form a preconstructing side RC building frame 45, the opening part 22b and the opening ends of the pipes 31, 32 are opened so as to insert reinforcement materials 47 through the opening part 22b, and the grout material 43 is poured into a second hollow part 24 through the opening end of the pipe 31 so as to support and fix the reinforcement materials 47 of the postconstructing side RC building frame 46 with the splice sleeve 21.
