Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obviate sticking of moist cake to transporting equipment and prevent scaffolding in a storage hopper by subjecting the moist cake to pressure arid vacuum dehydrating. CONSTITUTION:The moist cake is accepted from the hopper 7 contg. the moist cake via chute 20 into a box 21-1. This chute 20 is moved to allow a dehydrating machine truck 32 to standby in the upper position of the box 21-1. A cover 21-4, a pressurizing plate 21-2 and a pressurizing device 21-3 are set and pressurizing force is applied on the cake via the pressurizing plate 21-2 by this pressurizing device 21-3 to squeeze moisture. The squeezed moisture is sucked by vacuum via a pipe 25 of the pressurizing plate 21-2. The dehydrating machine truck 32 is moved after the dehydration and a cylinder 38 is actuated to rotate the box 21-1 around a hinge 37 and to drop the cake onto a conveyor 8. The cake is transported by this conveyor 8 and is pulverized by a pulverizing machine at the terminal of the conveyor 8.
