Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent early thawing and heating of the side part and the center part surface of a frozen food and heat the frozen food uniformly by forming a side shield on the side face of a container for storing the frozen food and heating and thawing it by microwave using aluminum foil and a top face shield with aluminum foil designated size on the center part of the top face. CONSTITUTION:A frozen food with rice 15 and ingredients 16, for example, a container of rice with fried cutlets 21 is put in a cylindrical body 20 and its top face is covered with a lid 24. The cylindrical body 20 consists of a reliability light material other than metals and a side face shield 22 made of aluminum foil, etc., is mounted on the outer part of the inner part by giving a designated space from upper and lower part.
