WINDING OF ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE

PURPOSE:To improve resin impregnation property of a film base type mica sheet by forming the lead insulation layer of the lead branching part of a coil conductor with a mica tube having a shrinkable tube as an armor by winding a nonwoven film application mica sheet. CONSTITUTION:A nonwoven cloth 7 and an assembly mica 3 are applied to both sides of a film 1 to constitute a nonwoven film base mica sheet 6. Then, the nonwoven film base mica sheet 6 is wound for a prescribed number of times so that the nonwoven cloth 7 is at the outer-periphery side and then a film tube 10 is inserted, thus constituting a mica tube 9 as an armor. Then, the mica tube is inserted into the lead wire of the coil conductor. Therefore, since there is a clearance between the mica sheets 6 using the nonwoven cloth 7, thus securing the impregnation path of resin and hence impregnating the resin easily.
