Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enlarge or reduce the display size to any size, of course, including the unmagnified size according to designation by an operator, to arbitrarily designate a display position, and to move video data already displayed to any position. CONSTITUTION:A video processing section 16 stores temporarily video data of, for example, a camera 11 in a no-display region 18a of a frame memory 18. Next, it recognizes a display position of a display region 18b designated by an operator from an input section 15. After recognition, video data stored in the non-display region 18a so as to be made a display size designated by the operator is copied to the display region 18b. Then, it is selected whether displayed video is moved or not. When video is moved, video data is copied from the non-display region 18a of the frame memory 18 to the display region 18b with the same size as that displayed at the present time.
