Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To extract an area with certain precision irrelevantly to the size of an inside absent part generated owing to an inter-frame difference, decrease the frequency of scanning, and to enable a high-speed processing by forming a scanning path which is large in the degree of freedom such as a Peano line as a window scanning path. CONSTITUTION:Border pixels are inputted to an input memory 100 and the values of unprescribed points are all set to '1' in a processing memory 101 at said input timing. Then a painting-out processing is started and a processing control part 105 generates the window scanning path of the Peano line. The relation between the output of a counter 106 and coordinate values is previously stored in a window coordinate generation part 107. The coordinate values of the window scanning path are outputted by reading coordinates corresponding to respective numbers of the Peano line output out of the window coordinate generation part 107 with the output of the counter 106. A painting-out decision part 103 decides whether the center point of a window is a border pixel or not by using border information from the input memory 100 corresponding to the window coordinates. |
