PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To restrain each of connection parts minimum and to improve a water supplying method by pressure by reducing pressure down to pressure on the scale of 1: a specified value of pressure on the secondary side regardless of a fluid flow rate and by controlling secondary pressure within a constant range. CONSTITUTION:A support spring 21 automatically controls pressure reducing pressure by an interaction with a pressure governing spring 29. Adjustment of the pressure reducing pressure is carried out by a screwing amount of a main body cover 32 to cover from an upper part of a body main body 18 and a pressure governing cover 30 positioned on an upper part of the pressure governing spring 29. A secondary outflow connection port 26 is communicated to a diaphragm 28 through a secondary outflow hole 25. In this pressure reducing system flowing out fluid to the secondary side by way of reducing fluid pressure, pressure of 1/100 of the secondary side pressure regardless of a fluid flow rate, and secondary pressure is controlled within a constant range. Consequently, as it becomes a hysteresis characteristic to minimize variation of the secondary pressure regardless of change of the flow rate in the constant range it is possible to supply stable secondary output.
