Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an ink-jet printing process for easily and efficiently printing a cloth to a real black such as ravenblack. CONSTITUTION:A desired printed pattern is applied to a cloth by printing a cloth with a dye ink by ink-jet printing method. The dyes I, II, III and IV to be used in the above process have perception chromaticity indices (a) and (b) defined by hue range [CIE 1976 (L, a, b) space] on the cloth falling within the following ranges and a black part is formed by mixing the colors in such a manner as to keep the monochromatic dyed part of each dye to (-)20%. (j) yellow; (a) -20 to +20, (b) 50 to 90: (II) magenta; (a) 50 to 70, (b) -20 to +20: (III) cyan; (a) -50 to +20, (b) -50 to -20: (IV) black; (a) -6 to 0, (b) -6 to +6.
