LOW INFLAMMABILITY PILLOW

PURPOSE: To facilitate cleaning and sterilization of a pillow by setting a cushion core, a covering fiber, and a filament to a flame resistance polyester, and setting the cover, which is a fabric sheet material including a woven fabric or a knitted fabric, to be closed into a pocket shape. CONSTITUTION: The cushion core of the pillow 1 is constituted of a nonwoven block 2, which is composed of a fiber or a filament of a cotton density 3-50 dtex and fixed by a binder having the thickness 5-15 cm, preferably 8-12 cm, and a basic weight 500-3000 g/m . A cylindrical nonwoven roll 3 of the diameter 5-20 cm is bound on the nonwoven block 2 by a binding material 4. The nonwoven block 2 and the nonwoven roll 3 are wrapped with a cover 5 which can close them into a packet shape. The cushion core 2, the roll 3, and the cover 5 are formed of a burning resistance polyester. This constitution can produce a pillow having low flamability combustion and able to be cleaned by boiling.
