Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To cause one point on the earth to reflect sunlight for irradiation to a satellite at the time of observing the earth from the satellite, and use the reflective light as the position of an earth image, the calibration of radiation intensity, the verification of resolution or the like. CONSTITUTION:A small plane mirror 3 is provided at one point on the earth, and directed along an intermediate direction (normal direction) between the sun 1 and a satellite 2, thereby enabling sunlight to be radiated to the satellite 2. The plane mirror 3, when viewed from the space, is observed as a point twinkling like a star, and can be used as an artificial ground surface reference point (landmark).
