Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To impart high hygroscopicity and high wet fastness to a polyamide textile by grafting a specific monomer to the polyamide textile followed by dyeing and setting treatment with a polyamine-based dye setting agent under alkaline conditions. CONSTITUTION:An acid group-bearing vinyl monomer [pref. (meth)acrylic acid] is grafted to a polyamide textile (e.g. through radiation graft polymerization), and the resultant textile is dyed with an acid dye by a conventional method and then put to setting treatment with a polyamine-based dye setting agent under alkaline conditions (pref. in the presence of sodium carbonate or sodium acetate), thus imparting excellent wet fastness and high hygroscopicity to the textile.
