Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To easily produce a rubberized fabric having a large area by bending the leading end parts of mutually opposed long rubberized fabrics and applying an adhesive to the bent parts in equal width to dry the same to form adhesive coating layers and vertically erecting the bent parts by an angle transfer plate gradually increased in angle to mutually bond and fix the long rubberized fabrics under pressure. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is applied to the bent parts 2 of long rubberized fabrics 1a, 1b between the leading end parts 2b and peripheral edge parts 2a of the bent parts 2 in equal width to be dried and the coated bent parts 2 are respectively inserted in the inlets 3a of bent part angle transfer plates 3. Air is injected to the bent parts 2 from air jet pipes 5... in such a state that a definite gap is held between the angle transfer plates 3 formed so as to be gradually increased in angle from 0 deg. to 90 deg. and rails 10 are arranged on both sides of a rear support frame 6 to smoothly transfer the bent parts along the angle transfer plates 3. The bent parts 2 are almost vertically erected thereafter and passed through the gaps between the rear support frame 6 and the angle transfer plates 3 to be passed through the gap between press bonding rolls 4, 4 and the adhesive coated layers of the bent parts are bonded under pressure.
