Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To treat waste liquid with equivalent capacity to before and at a low cost even in the case of a small quantity of the waste liquid of about several hundred litters by providing partition plates on the inner surface of a vessel and providing a mechanism for pressurizing the inside of the vessel and a transparency sensor for measuring the transparency of waste water near a waste water discharge port. CONSTITUTION:Waste water in a waste water receiver 1 enters a cylindrical drum 4 when a waste water valve 2 is opened. Next, when a compressed air valve 3 is opened to always apply a pressure of about 2kg/cm , the waste water is liable to pass through the clearance between the inner wall surface of the drum and a crude particle active carbon 6. Partition plates 5 are provided for interfering this passing and sufficient contact with the active carbon 6 in the drum of a limited length is maintained. Fine particle active carbon 7 in the lower part functions for surely removing a dyestuff which has not been removed by the crude particle active carbon 6 in the upper part. Glass wool 8 serves as a filter by which active carbons 6, 7 do not flow out downstream, and when a transparency sensor 9 monitors the transparency of the filtered waste water and detects the residual dyestuff in the filtrate, it gives alarm to notify you of abnormality.
