GAS MIXING CLEANING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To improve cleaning efficiency as a whole by cleaning a wider area than the that to which jetting stream impinges. CONSTITUTION:A liquid pump 2 and a nozzle pipe 3 with a liquid jetting opening 3a for jetting a high pressure liquid discharged from the pump 2 are provided and the nozzle pipe 3 is opened to the air so that the high pressure liquid is jetted from the air into a liquid, in which a material to be cleaned is dipped. Then, when the high pressure liquid is jetted from the jetting opening 3a into the liquid and the jetting stream enters into the liquid, air is involved into the outer periphery of the jetting stream, an air bubble layer is formed in the outer periphery of the jetting stream and the material to be cleaned is cleaned by the impingement of the jetting stream and the bubbles in the air bubble layer on the material to be cleaned which is dipped into the liquid.
