Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the assembly work efficiency by reducing the number of parts of a capacitor starter for an electronic stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor starter 1 is composed of a resinous tube 10, a capacitor 2 equipped with a pair of terminals 2a and 2b being drawn out a specified interval apart, and a pair of lead wires 21 and 22 being inserted into the tube 10 from one end 8 of the tube 10. Both ends 5 and 8 of the tube 10 are sealed by high frequency fusion. Lead wires 21 and 22 are connected to each terminal 2a and 2b, in the vicinity of the lead part of each of terminals 2a and 2b.
