Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To suppress the occurrence of a ghost image on a film by a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:The device is prepared for forming an image on the film 4 with laser beams and scanning, and the device is provided with an He-Ne laser tube 21 for emitting the laser beam, a polygon mirror 24 and an .theta lens 25 for forming the image on the film 4 with the light reflected on the polygon mirror 24. The polygon mirror 24 is rotatably arranged, and also, the mirror 24 is provided with a reflection surface and a non-reflection surface on which the light beam from the laser tube 21 is made incident and also alternately positioned in a rotating direction, and the light beam from the laser tube 21 is deflected by the reflection surface toward the film 4.
