Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a boot which has a high bonding strength in the fixing part and also a high sealing strength, is not likely to generate secular deterioration between the part to be mount and a fastener, and presents excellent durability. CONSTITUTION:A boot concerned 1 is made of thermoplastic elastomer and has bellows and a fixing part 3 to be tightly attached sealedly to the member to be mounted at each end of bellows. These fixing parts 3 are fastened by a fastener and secured to the member to be mounted. The fixing part 3 is of a multi-layer structure having a soft substance layer 10 in which a soft type elastomer is encapsulated.
