Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To increase density of powder filled into a powder container, increase an amount to be filled and perform filling operation in a short time. CONSTITUTION:An air suction tube 16 with one end inserted into a powder container 6 and with a pressure reducing source 24 connected to the other end is provided, branch tubes 17 split into two or more branches are provided at the end of the air suction tube 16 to be inserted into the powder container 16, and an air separation part 20 for separating air from powder is provided on the branch tubes 17.
