Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To omit the impregnation-defoaming process, shorten the resin gelling process, and simplifying the post-spray process to enable the forming time to be shortening and also labor to be saved by spraying a composite consisting of a specific resin containing a hollow filling agent and thixotropy imparting agent and a fiber reinforced material on the rear surface of a resin formed item. CONSTITUTION:A composite consisting of unsaturated polyester resin and/or vinyl ester resin containing a spherical hollow filling agent and thixotropy imparting agent and fiber reinforced material consisting of glass fiber, aramide fiber or the like material are sprayed and then solidified on the rear surface of a thermosetting or thermoplastic acryl resin formed item. Herein, a viscosity and thixotropy of the composite are preferably 10-50 voids (JIS), and 4-9 (JIS) respectively. Furthermore, such spherical hollow filling material is preferable to be a diameter of 10-300 micron and a specific gravity of 0.02-0.8, and the content of which is 5.0-60vol.% in the composite.
