TILE PREFIXING METHOD

PURPOSE:To enable the prefixing of heavy tiles with long backing by laminating allocation paper, a transparent sheet and a wire gauze successively on a pressure tight and heat resistant plastic sheet and fastening them by a stapler, and then fixing tiles with plaster. CONSTITUTION:A pressure base material at the bottom part of a form forming spread as supporting base material at the bottom part of a form forming a curtain wall, and tile allocation paper 2, a transparent silicone sheet 3 and a plain weave wire gauze are successively laminated thereon and fastened by a stapler 7. Tiles 5 are then fixed onto the wire gauze 4 with plaster, and joint material such as plaster, string like silicone resin, polystyrene, polyurethane or polyethylene is filled in a joint part 6. A prefixing method can be thereby applied even to heavy tiles with long backings formed by extrusion-molding.
