Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce consumption of heat energy by pressurizing, heating and dehydrating internal organs of shellfishes, cuttlefishes and fishes and jelly fishes and starfishes under a specific condition, drying and/or incinerating. CONSTITUTION:Internal organs of shellfishes, cuttlefishes and fishes and jelly fishes and starfishes (hereinafter abbreviated as URO, etc.) fed to a raw material hopper 1 are sent to a boiling device 3 by a screw conveyor 2 and preliminarily dehydrated with steam of a boiler 6 into a hardly decomposable state. The preliminarily dehydrated URO, etc., are introduced to a dehydrating pressure container 4, retained with steam of the boiler >=0.2kg/cm G at > a temperature to denature the protein of the URO, etc., and made into 20-55% water content. The dehydrated URO, etc., are sent to a dryer 10, dried to 10-15% water content and sent as a product to the outside of the system.
