PLANT MONITOR CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To ensure an accurate and quick monitoring operation and to improve the safety of a plant by enabling a monitoring operator to change and limit the monitoring control level based on the system state. CONSTITUTION:The plant monitor/control levels include the normal, abnormal and emergency levels and the information data on these control levels set previously at each level are stored in a magnetic stripe 10 of a data card 9. Then the information data are read out the card 9 by a data reading function of an input part 1 and sorted into the plant monitor/control levels. These sorted levels are stored in an address table or a monitor/control level table of a memory 2. Based on the information data, a deciding part 3 decides a plant monitor/ control level and also decides a controllable equipment to a controlled system. A control signal is transmitted to an operating part 5 or a controller from a control part 4 based on the decided monitor/control level. So that the control state is locked or a monitoring range is limited for a controlled equipment. In such a constitution, the monitor/control levels are easily controlled and the safety is improved for a plant.
