SMALL-DIAMETER RESIN TUBE CONNECTING JOINT

PURPOSE:To improve the drawing resistance of a tube by fixing an insert member independent from a joint main body to the hole peripheral surface of a shaft core through hole on the tip side of a large-diameter chamber by means of pinching, so as to be bitten in the tube outer peripheral surface of a claw wall by a lock member. CONSTITUTION:A connecting joint for a resin tube T to be arranged as a supplying passage of hot-water and intake air in an automobile is provided with a small-diameter first large-diameter chamber 2' positioned on the connection side of a tube T in a shaft core and a joint main body 1 on which a large- diameter second large-diameter chamber 2'' extended thereto is provided. A sealing member 4 made of elastic materials such as rubber, resin, etc., is fitted into the second large-diameter chamber 2'' on the outer periphery of the insert member 3 after fixing the short and cylindrical insert member 3 independent from the joint main body to the hole peripheral surface of a shaft core through hole 2 on the tip side of this first large-diameter chamber 2'. And a cylindrical and annular lock member 5 provided with a claw wall 5' to bite in the tube outer peripheral surface in connecting is fitted and inserted to the back of this sealing member 4, so as to obtain the drawing resistance of the tube T.
