Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve smoothness by shortening the whole taking in/out time and increase the number of vehicles to be housed. CONSTITUTION:An elevator 48 made up by connecting plural carriers 5a, 5b to each other so as to able to adjust a longitudinal interval is provided ascendably/descendably at an elevator passage 2 extending longitudinally, and entrances 10a, 10b into which automobiles 3, 3 can be driven simultaneously in regard to the plural carriers 5a, 5b of the elevator 48, are provided at a ground portion and an underground portion. Housing racks 11 of upper and lower plural steps capable of the delivery of automobiles 3, 3 between themselves and the plural carriers 5a, 5b of the elevator 48 are provided at both side portions of the elevator passage 2, and parking room groups 12 are formed.
