Furthermore, concrete is placed in a U-shaped form 12 fixed with bolts 11 installed to the PC beam 3 and a system form 13 to which post reinforcements 7a and hoop reinforcements 7 are placed, thereby joining the SRC post 1 with the PC beam 3 in one piece. It is, therefore, possible to eliminate the need for welding in a panel zone and simplify construction work.
