INDUSTRIALIZATION STRUCTURE FOR MIDDLE AND HIGHRISE DWELLING HOUSE

PURPOSE:To facilitate construction work by fastening a steel post with a beam in a panel zone with a high split, butting PC beams at the central part, and placing concrete into a system form for an SCR post and a U-shaped form. CONSTITUTION:A PC beam 3 is clamped with structural steel of an SRC post 1. The structural steel of the SRC post 1 is joined with the PC beam 3. Then, a flange and a web of the PC beam are fastened at the central part of the PC beam 3 with a bolt through plates 5 and 5a, thereby lap jointing large beam reinforcing bars 4 with O-type reinforcing bars 4a. Furthermore, concrete is placed in a U-shaped form 12 fixed with bolts 11 installed to the PC beam 3 and a system form 13 to which post reinforcements 7a and hoop reinforcements 7 are placed, thereby joining the SRC post 1 with the PC beam 3 in one piece. It is, therefore, possible to eliminate the need for welding in a panel zone and simplify construction work.
