Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an excellent power circuit, which does not burn and break an inrush preventive resistor and an internal capacitor even when sharp voltage such as a rectangular wave is applied to the AC voltage of an input power supply or even when noises are overlapped to AC voltage and in which a minimum power-supply applying time is not lengthened. CONSTITUTION:A first switching means SCR1, by which electricity is conducted in the half period of the AC voltage of an input power supply, AC voltage is converted into DC voltage and a capacitor C1 is charged, and a second switching means SCR2, by which electricity is conducted in another half period of AC voltage, AC voltage is converted into DC voltage and the capacitor C1 is charged, are provided.
