SHIELDING COVER

PURPOSE:To obtain a shielding cover whose shape is small and whose mounting operation is easy by a method wherein an edge part is bent, a coupling hole which can be coupled to a claw formed on the side to be mounted of the shielding cover is made in the edge part and a tongue piece which is tilted to the side of a board is formed near the coupling hole. CONSTITUTION:A shielding cover 3 is formed in such a way that a thin plate of a copper-alloy spring material is bent and stamped. The side edge part 6 of the thin plate is bent at right angles in a position which is a little wider than the width of a case frame 2, it is tilted additionally to the inside, and, lastly, it is bent so as to match the shape of the case frame 2 in such a way that the lower end becomes vertical. Then, a coupling hole 7 which is coupled to a claw 4 is made in the inclination part of the side edge part 6. In addition, a coupling hole 9 which is coupled to the claw 4 formed at the edge of the case frame 2 is made in an end edge part 8. Tongue pieces 10 are formed in positions which are adjacent to the coupling hole 7 and the coupling hole 9, and they are bent at required angles at base ends so as to be tilted to the side of a wiring board 1. Thanks to the springy force of the tongue pieces 10, it is possible to restrain them from shaking in the vertical direction.
