Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a sealing plate which can surface-seal in an apparatus which needs simple mounting and dismounting like an electronic apparatus body and a battery pack. CONSTITUTION:A sealing plate 14 provided at the contact surface of an apparatus body of a portable electronic apparatus having a detachable section and a detachable unit has parts 18, 19 formed along a sealing line to be step by raising them by a predetermined amount. When the unit is mounted at the body, the peripheral edge of the plate is brought into contact with the surface to be in contact, and deformed by a predetermined amount to seal a boundary between the body and the unit.
