MEMORY CARD ISSUING METHOD/DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the processing burden for issue of memory card and slso to increase the card issuing speed by a constitution where the same issue processing software can deal with a group of memory cards of different memory formats. CONSTITUTION:A common memory format to a series of memory cards, where the write data are written, consists of the information that gives instructions on the following operations, for example. That is, the group names, the ID numbers, the names and the sexes are written in the addresses A0, A1, A2 and A3 respectively, and four types of system information A-D are written in the addresses S0-S3. Based on these write data and memory format, the write information is evolved into a memory of a card issuing device which secures a memory area similar to a memory card to be written. The evolved write information is written into the memory card so that the card issue processing is carried out.
